I believe that developing the language to voice your opinions and beliefs without anxiety or apprehension can lead to the life you envision for yourself and toward the future you desire. As we work together, you will experience a greater capacity to fully engage and experience your life by successfully navigating challenges and developing deeper meaning and purpose through a clear connection to your values and strengths.
I work well with people who are motivated to make changes or better understand themselves and their relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns and a particular interest in depression and anxiety disorders with adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I further specialize in postpartum depression and adjustment.
My therapeutic style is warm, calm, and empathetic. I have a psychodynamic, and relational approach to therapy.

I view therapy as a collaborative process and promise to be present and engaged as we work together to reduce your distress and deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships.

"Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending out lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy - the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the power of our light."
