Meet Kristin

I believe that developing the language to voice your opinions and beliefs without anxiety or apprehension can lead to the life you envision for yourself and toward the future you desire. As we work together, you will experience a greater capacity to fully engage and experience your life by successfully navigating challenges and developing deeper meaning and purpose through a clear connection to your values and strengths.

I work well with people who are motivated to make changes or better understand themselves and their relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns and a particular interest in depression and anxiety disorders with adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I further specialize in postpartum depression and adjustment.

My therapeutic style is warm, calm, and empathetic. I have a psychodynamic, and relational approach to therapy.

I am a PA and NY State Licensed Psychologist as well as PsyPACT athorized to practice in all PsyPACT states. I received my B.F.A. from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.  I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy from Adler University in Chicago.
